Lesley serves as the West Coast Sales Manager at Atkins Ranch, where she deftly crafts sales strategies and nurtures enduring relationships with retail partners. Driven by a passion for connecting consumers with top-quality lamb, she proudly advocates for Atkins Ranch’s regeneratively raised, fully traceable, grass-fed lamb—an ethos centered on improving our natural landscape and uplifting family-owned farms.
With deep roots in agriculture, having grown up on a farm and accumulated over 20 years of experience in the meat industry, Lesley lives on a fourth generation working ranch. When not focused on her role at Atkins Ranch, she relishes horseback riding and cherishing moments with her husband Alan, their adventurous dachshund Max, herding dogs Tug and Chip, and an array of other farm animals.
Favorite lamb recipe: Smoked lamb burgers with homemade spicy pickles and roasted potatoes.

Outside of her professional role, Karen lives with her husband and two teenage daughters. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, an avid gardener and appreciates good food—especially a perfectly prepared lamb chump, her favourite cut.
